The Louisville Medical & Education District Announces New Ambassador
Program in Partnership with Block by Block
WHO: Join LOUMED, Mayor Craig Greenberg and local and state officials as
they announce a new ambassador program.
Speakers include –

• Riggs Lewis, System Vice President, Health Policy, Norton Healthcare
• Craig Greenberg, Mayor of Louisville
• Dr. Brian Ganzel, M.D., Director of Clinical Cardiac Operations, Jewish
Hospital
• Ty Handy, President, Jefferson Community and Technical College
• Ken Marshall, Chief Operating Officer, UofL Health
• Matt Ayers, Chief Administrative Officer, Norton Hospital
WHAT: The Louisville Medical & Education District, also known as LOUMED,
announced today its new ambassador program in partnership with Block by Block.
Block by Block is the nation’s leading provider of safety, cleaning, and hospitality
services for districts across the U.S. The LOUMED Ambassadors will play a
crucial role in improving the visitor experiences within the district for visitors,
employees, patients and students and will be responsible for the following: visible
presence, reduced impact of quality-of-life issues and safety risk aversion,
hospitality and wayfinding, property/business owner networking and cross
communication.
